We are a professional bag manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in the industry. We strive to develop innovative bag products and deliver high-quality items at reasonable, competitive prices to all clients.
2.Do you accept OEM orders?
Absolutely. We have collaborated with over 100 OEM brands worldwide. We welcome your custom designs, brand logos and other authorized trademarks.
3. Which ports do you use for shipment?
We mainly ship from Xiamen Port (seaport & airport). Other ports across China are also available upon request.
4. What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces. We also accept trial orders ranging from 300 to 500 pieces.
5. What is the lead time?
Lead time varies by product style and order quantity. Normally, production takes 40 to 50 days. We can also adjust the schedule to meet your urgent delivery requirements.
6. What are your standard payment terms?
We accept two payment methods:
• T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against shipping documents sent via email
• Irrevocable L/C at sight
7. What is your sample policy?
Sample charges apply, and the fee will be fully refunded once you place a formal bulk order.
8. What logo techniques do you offer?
We support multiple logo processes: screen printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, embroidery, rubber patches, metal plates and woven labels.
Please provide your logo files in AI or PDF format, along with Pantone color codes and logo dimensions for sample production.
9. Where do you source your materials?
Most raw materials are sourced from Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces in mainland China. A small portion is imported from Taiwan and South Korea.
10. How will we track our order progress?
We implement strict full-process quality control. Our QC team inspects every stage, including material procurement, cutting, logo application, sewing, semi-finished and finished product checks, packaging and loading.
Meanwhile, our dedicated sales representative will send you photos and videos to update you on production progress regularly.
11. What packaging options do you provide?
Standard packaging: Each piece packed in a polybag, then suitable pieces to be packed into export cartons.
Custom packaging is also available as per your requirements.
12. Can you arrange shipping for us?
Yes. We offer one-stop shipping solutions including sea freight, air freight and express delivery with cost-effective rates.
